Virtual Reality (VR) is a tool planners can use to help visualize changes in our communities. Proposals like road diets, rezonings, or the creation of park spaces, among many others, can all be aided with the use of VR. For WMPF's first Brown Bag Lunch & Learn Webinar, New Rochelle’s Deputy Commissioner of Economic Development, Jorge Ventura, will discuss New Rochelle’s experience using VR and how it can be applied in other communities.
