Join APANYM chapter and the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation for an in-person panel discussion on Housing. The session will focus on the housing shortage facing the New York Metro to identify the root causes, current impacts, and future impacts. Adam Bosch of Hudson Valley Patterns for Progress will discuss the causes of the housing shortage and affordability crisis, Michael Romita of Westchester County Association will discuss the business and economic development concerns related to the housing crisis, and Carolyn Grossman Meagher of NYC Planning will discuss NYCDCP's City of Yes zoning changes and the broad interconnection of NYC to the region through the lens of housing.
